Category > Performance Management > Business Architecture Workshop Series
This is a series of three separate but related practical workshops, focused on (i) Modelling Business Operations, (ii) Modelling Business Organization and (iii) Managing Business Process Transformation respectively. The workshops provide delegates the opportunity to address a series of practical business challenges, using six different viewpoints. These are organised as three separate days from which participants can choose to attend one, two or all three days according to their requirements.
The workshops are suitable for business analysts and IT architects wishing to move into a business architecture role, as well as managers and current business architects wishing to extend and consolidate their knowledge and skills.
The workshop is presented by Richard Veryard, well-known independent industry analyst and blogger. Richard spent many years working with the CBDI Forum as an expert on SOA and enterprise architecture, and was previously a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Texas Instruments, where he pioneered methods for component-based business, technology change management and business excellence.
