Background and Objectives :
Prior to these courses the only training available for programme and
project support staff consisted of short introductions to the PSO or Project
Management training of which the PSO was but a small element. Whilst useful,this
does not provide the PSO professional with the in depth training in all
the components and processes of programme and project support that is
vital if the PSO is to provide value added services.Nor does it provide
a relevant professional recognition of their skills.The aim of this course
is to provide the Programme and Project Support Professional with comprehensive
training in the techniques,processes and supporting infrastructure needed
to develop and provide effective programme and project support,with ISEB
accreditation.
