Background and Objectives

Prior to these courses the only training available for programme and project support staff consisted of short introductions to the PSO or Project Management training of which the PSO was but a small element. Whilst useful, this does not provide the PSO professional with the in depth training in all the components and processes of programme and project support that is vital if the PSO is to provide value added services.Nor does it provide a relevant professional recognition of their skills. The aim of this course is to provide the Programme and Project Support Professional with comprehensive training in the techniques, processes and supporting infrastructure needed to develop and provide effective programme and project support, with ISEB accreditation
