Background
Our regular and more recent clients are increasingly telling us that they are keen to take full advantage of the opportunity that DevOps offers to their organisations. They realise that by bringing together Operations and Development they can deliver more carefully-targeted projects that are not only delivered on time and to budget – but also exceed the business results that could normally be expected from IT projects.
However, one of the key challenges that is preventing many organisations from taking advantage of this opportunity is that they just do not have the appropriate culture in place to make this work.
During this informative, practical and entertaining one-day seminar, Dr Emma Langman will help delegates to:
Clearly recognise what a DevOps culture is and what is preventing it from working effectively in their organisation
Fully identify the key elements that must be in place to make this work
Confidently diagnose and assess the challenges that they face in achieving this
Safely share their learning with other delegates and get expert input from the speaker
Quickly create a powerful Action Plan to take away and get started straightaway
Key Benefits
Understand what cultural factors are hindering your effectiveness in meeting your businesses needs through DevOps and create clear actions for you to move forward.
