Background:
This one day course provides an overview the PRINCE2 project management method and gives an insight into its content and structure. This method is flexible and adaptable for any type and size of project and can even be used by a member of staff without any prior project management knowledge. The day will help you to understand the "language" of PRINCE2 and you will be able apply some of the techniques to your work even if not in a formal project.
