INTRODUCTION:
‘Strategic Performance Management’ sometimes also referred to as ‘Corporate Performance Management’ or ‘Enterprise Performance Management’, it is a major focus for many organisations today both within commercial companies and public sector organisations where in the current economic climate performance management is high on the boardroom agenda.
