Alec McCutcheon is the commercial Director of UNICOM and has experience spanning more than 25 years in technology-related organizations starting at Xerox. Alec has been instrumental in launching, organizing and promoting many high-profile events. These events comprise training programs in IT and finance and business conferences in the UK, Europe, Asia Pac and USA as well as online/virtual. In 2011 Alec McCutcheon was awarded Honorary Membership of the DSDM Consortium (now the Agile Business Consortium).

Dhira holds an honors and master's degree in English from Visva-Bharati University. Santiniketan, India. She started her career in the UK as an ESL teacher and subsequently joined UNICOM Seminars and worked in multiple roles of an editor and a conference commissioner. Dhira edited multi-author books, produced Industry Reports and the highly regarded newsletter of UNICOM: "Intelligence in Industry". The multi-author books were co-published with leading publishers, such as Gower, Chapman & Hall, Wiley and Springer. She is the series editor of the recently launched CRC Press/UNICOM Series in Information and Operational Technology, in partnership with Taylor and Francis Group. Dhira is the research director of UNICOM, and also heads the events commissioning team. She is a passionate gardener, beekeeper and enjoys reading, travelling and is a film buff.

Gargi is a graduate in IT from Kalyani Government Engineering College (Class of 2020); she then embarked on her professional career as a Business Development and Research Executive at UNICOM in December 2021. Gargi carries out in-depth research and excels in exploring potential clients and business partners. Her forte is email marketing and contributes to UNICOM's business growth plan.

Kumar began his career as a research intern at a renowned market research firm in Hyderabad, specializing on consumer retail products. He holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Kakatiya University and an MBA in Marketing from JNTU Hyderabad. Later, he joined BTF as an executive in business development. He has excelled as a Senior Business Development Executive within the event services industry since joining UNICOM in 2014. His expertise spans marketing, sales, lead generation, email marketing, and the execution of online events. Kumar is passionate about lifelong learning and broadening his knowledge base.

Mukulika holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Calcutta University and a postgraduate degree in marketing and sales from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. She is a key player at UNICOM, and organizes top-notch events that foster knowledge sharing and innovation. Drawing upon her insights into the IT sector Mukulika customizes events to match the needs of the buy side and the vendor communities. Mukulika contributes to UNICOM's culture of applying creativity and collaboration to create winning products, namely, conferences, webinars and professional training and workshops.

Rushmila is a Hospitality Management graduate (2018) of the National Hotel and Tourism Training Institute. After graduation, she worked for Northern University Bangladesh as an Administrative Assistant. Subsequently, she worked for renowned international hotel groups: Four Points by Sheraton, Le Meridien and Marriott International. Rushmila joined UNICOM and its filial company OptiRisk in July 2023, she brings a wealth of experience in hospitality management. Rushmila has joined as an Executive Assistant of both companies, her role involves coordination of the Administration of the two companies. Her client-facing activities include Marketing support and Customer relationship management.

Shrey is a Computer Science graduate of Amity University; he has subsequently worked with Hindustan Times in the area of Customer Marketing. He joined UNICOM (Marketing Arm of OptiRisk) in 2015 and managed the Sales and Marketing Back Office in Kolkata/India. Over the last 8 years he has gained rich experience of working in IT, Media, Conferences and Training industries. Recently Shrey is associated with UNICOM as Head of Business Development and oversees Sales and Marketing. Shrey is outspoken and ambitious, driven by work and thrives on challenges.

Siddhartha is a B.A. honors graduate of Presidency College-Calcutta University(2007). He also holds a Post Graduate degree in Management (Marketing) from AIMS (2010) Bangalore. Siddhartha joined UNICOM in 2012 and is one of the most senior staff members of our Indian office. He is the Manager – Marketing & Sales in charge of UNICOM's India and APAC region projects. Siddhartha commissions all the events for these geographies. He conceptualizes and executes UNICOM's Industry Awards and Contests/Leagues for the community of techno-executive professionals in the domain of Information Technologies (IT) and Operational Technologies (OT). His forte is meticulously planning and executing diverse events, round tables, webinars, and facilitating meaningful interactions among global leaders and influencers.

Kavya, an alumna of St. Mary's College in Hyderabad, began her professional journey in London, where she honed her skills across HR, Payroll, and administrative domains in diverse industries. Asmita holds a Hons degree in History from Presidency University, Kolkata (2017), and a postgraduate degree in Modern History from JNU, New Delhi (2019). She began her career as a content writer before joining UNICOM and OptiRisk as a Publication Executive in September 2023. She is highly skilled in writing and research and has a keen interest in the publishing industry. At UNICOM and OptiRisk, her role involves providing end-to-end support to the companies' co-publication program in partnership with CRCPress and Taylor & Francis.

Chaya, is a graduate of Wayamba University, Sri Lanka; she graduated in (2021)with a BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Economics and Business Studies. She started her career as a Teaching Assistant at the Wayamba University. She subsequently progressed to the position of a Program Coordinator. Chaya has been interested to develop a career in the publishing industry and she has recently joined UNICOM Seminars as an intern with the recently formed publication team of the company. Chay brings to the job her writing and research skills. UNICOM has recently launched a Co-publication program with CRCPress and Taylor & Francis Group.
